Money making online can be as challenging, as easy it sounds. You need to first understand what really works for you and where your interest lies because if you don’t pick up and online engagement which isn’t really interesting for you-you may get lost in the ocean of web browsing. After, you have figured there are many options who may choose from such as content writing, blogging, data entry, medical transcription, software testing, tutoring, resume writing, career coaching, recruiting etc..go figure and all the best!

Asia is a diverse continent with a high tourist footprint. Bearing in mind, most places will include Air travel so more than the destination or country it’s the travel on the plane/ road which can be challenging for an infant. Countries like Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and HongKong have good flight connectivity and infrastructure for everyone and offers a great deal of entertainment and comfort. That said, wherever you go (even the fourth worlds like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia – Bali) be mindful to choose a nice place to stay which has comfortable amenities (clean room, bathrooms, linen, water etc) and doctor on call facility for emergencies – if any!!

Stress is the major cause of anxiety, given the time and age we live in we have plenty of things to give us stress or anxiety attack which can eventually interfere with your well-being. Some of the things you can do to deal with anxiety is – to convince yourself that its okay to miss/ or leave a few things undone; be okay to let go of things; meditate; exercise; do breathing exercises; take a walk; talk to someone who comforts you; visit a therapist; engage yourself; take enough rest and eat well!

There isn’t any “best diet” for weight loss, there always has to be a balanced diet for weight loss. Following any diet will only make you lose weight for a brief period of time only to gain it all back again once you stop. The mantra is to be consistent, eat proper – a good mix of protein, carbs, healthy fats and be physically active; for maintaining a healthy weight at least 40/ 45 minutes of exercise is essential. Also, avoid fruit juices and have more fruits, as soon as the fruits are blended into juice – they break down into sugar!
