INGREDIENTS:

One apple

A pinch of Cinnamon powder

Peanut butter as per taste

Flaxseed and sesame seeds 2tsb each

Brown bread

METHOD:

  1. Slice apple in thin slices.
  2. Apply peanut butter on brown bread.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and seeds over it evenly.
  4. Place slices on it.
  5. Enjoy your healthy snack.
