Clean Eating Challenge for Moms

Just the sound of it—”clean eating”—doesn’t seem like much fun, right? Clean. Does that mean raw? Is it vegan? Will I need to eat nothing but green juice and lemon water? No, no, and hell no.

Clean eating is all about whole foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats and proteins. At the same time, this challenge encourages you to cut down on packaged and processed foods and limit added sugar and sodium. Consider this 30-day challenge your inspiration to clean up your diet.

The Clean Eating Challenge for 1 month will be monitored through a WhatsApp group where a nutritionist will share recipes, healthy alternates and will guide moms on what to eat and what not. We will keep a track record of their weight, routine and guide them with calorie intake. We will also share exercises that can be done at home for toning and burning of calories.

It’s an initiative, #Healthyhumhealthytum by Dt. Foram Krunal Modi supported by Anisha and Tamanna. Those who will perform their best will get a chance to win exclusive gifts.
