Green Moong sprouts and Fruit Salad for Weight Loss

INGREDIENTS:

Moong Dal sprouts-1 cup

Mixed fruits (apple, banana, pear, papaya, kiwi, pear, orange, pineapple, pomegranate)- 1 ½ cup

Soaked dry fruits- apricots and almonds

Black pepper to taste

Pink salt to taste

Lime juice- ½ tsp

Flax seeds- 2 tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Heat a small non-stick pan and roast flaxseeds on low flame for 1 minute. Keep It aside.
  2. Put the sprouts in a pressure cooker and add ½ cup water. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a big glass bowl, mix diced fruits, boiled sprouts, dry fruits and keep it in refrigerator for 15 mins.
  4. Add pinksalt, pepper, lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with roasted flaxseeds and Enjoy the chilled salad.
