Mom’s Fitness – Breathe in Fitness Mommies

“Mommies, We all are Born to Move, There is no Time to Rest!!”

Juggling a job, friends, hobbies, motherhood, and marriage or a partnership is a real challenge. Squeezing in a healthy and active lifestyle with everything else a mother has on her plate seems almost impossible. But it sure can be done and should be done!! It’s not about being no Tommy mommy, it’s about being a fit mommy to cope up with your everyday challenges.
Being a Mom is stressful. So very stressful. The endorphins that release during a workout should be the reason enough to take the time. You’ll come back from your workout more focused, happier and more clear-headed. It will be a win for both you and your children.
When you’re fit, you simply have more energy at the end of the day. Daily chores and to-dos are easier when you’re healthy and fit. So, when your kids want to play tag before bedtime, you’re going to be able to do just that. A fit body moves more easily, has the energy to spare and allows you to run, dance, tickle and jump… even if you’ve been up since 5 a.m.
